Riverside Village is an innovative mixed use development with a mix of 93 residential units, including apartments, townhomes, and single family houses. The commercial space anchored at the entrance of the development contains 13,284 SF of area. Shimp Engineering has guided the project from conception with a Zoning Map Amendment, through site plan approval, and into construction administration.
