Siting in a growing area of Charlottesville, this project has been designed in response to feedback from the City of Charlottesville and residents in the Locust Grove Neighborhood. 901 River Road is positioned near the Rivanna River Trail in a formerly industrial area of town, and leads the area’s transition into a more urban character. The development includes a 62,000 SF self storage facility and a 54 unit high end multifamily building, with 1,500 SF of retail space and a large courtyard.
